Oklahoma requires all resident and non-resident fishermen between the ages of 16 and 65 to obtain a valid Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation fishing license. A special Lake Texoma Fishing license is available for those who only wish to fish on Lake Texoma. Licenses may be purchased online from the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation.
